A quick look around the software for the new Anytone AT-6666 PRO and it appears that you can program 15m band frequencies on bands M, N and O on the radio.

Please note that just because the 15m band is in the software it doesn't necessarily mean it will work properly or at all. I don't have a radio to test it myself so try it at your own risk!
