Reported on the QRZ forums is news of a petition to exempt Amateur Radio and CB antennas from planning permission which you may want to sign.
Personally I'm all for RELAXING planning laws in relation to antennas but I'm not sure that antennas could or should be made completely exempt.... after all there would always be some that would abuse the situation with massive antennas which are totally unsuitable for built up areas.
