Lincoln 2 - Version 2!
The Return of the Lincoln 2
My Lincoln 2 has been on its holidays to France. It's been well looked after by those kind people at President and it has now returned as a 'Version 2' radio!
First tests show that the S-Meter is now behaving itself, the outgoing FM audio is improved and the SSB receive seems much better! The ECHO, however, is still too high even on the lowest settings!
Most the mods are hard to see when you look at the board but if you look about two thirds back in the center you can see where a resister, diode(?) and capacitor have been added:
