Essex SSB Net - Starts This Sunday!
Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself! I run Braintree District CB and amateur radio club affiliated to Saffron Walden group!
It's only small but a good few locals on 22 muppets in the evenings and setting up Essex LSB Net on Sundays from 14:00 Bst on 27.365 starting this Sunday linking up with other UK nets on the same frequency! On 4th of July we're running our 2nd weekend rally near Stansted Airport and all welcome!
Be good to reach to new areas!

CRT SS9900V - Available Now!
The wait is finally over, as CRT announce that the CRT SS9900V is now available on their website.
Coming almost 6 months after the Anytone and Radioddity versions of this radio, CRT may have 'missed the boat' with many sales going to their rivals but I'm sure this will still be a good seller for them.
It will be interesting to see if they have made any changes to the firmware to add more features to the radio.
UPDATE: Firmware is listed in the manual as V101 so features likely to be exactly the same as the current Anytone/Radioddity versions of the radio.
Price: €299 (Equivalent to £250)
